The Childcare Director is responsible for overseeing all of Mercer Creek Childcare programs focusing curriculum development, staff and leadership development, and overseeing facility operations. We are looking for someone who has experience developing staff, and partnering with families to grow an authentic Christian community within our Childcare programs.

The Childcare Director will focus on curriculum development, including Early Achiever licensing, growing and developing relationships with families and kids and staff, along with maintaining local, state and federal licensing requirements. The Director will oversee the facility and budget.

Mercer Creek Childcare is a part of Mercer Creek Church. We not only support families in our church, but in the community. The Director should model the lifestyle of a fully engaged follower of Jesus Christ, who owns and lives out the core values of Mercer Creek Church and is apart of of Mercer Creek Church. Experience working with confidential information is required. The MCC Childcare employees over 30 full and part time staff.A degree in Early Childhood development or equivalent is required along with meeting annual STARS training requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
